I installed MP Navigator, but every time try to open it I get a message saying: "The scanner driver supported by this software is not installed. Please install and try again". How do I do that?

Canon MP navigator EX 3.1 as the tracker claimed latest over Canon MP navigator EX 1.2 is only intended to support Cannon MP 140, while Canon MP navigator EX 1.2 is intended to support Canon MP 190.

Canon's webiste: This version is only for PIXMA MP140.

Canon MP Navigator EX for Windows: the latest version
(September 5th 2009) is the version 2.03 see:

I am using Multifunctional inkjet Canon Pixma MX310 on vista 32 home
primuim- Hp Pavillion. I searched canon site. I think I have the latest
version for my canon PIXMA mx310. This apply to all the softwares
and drivers related to Canon Softwares installed on my computer.

not for MP460. (v3.03 is the one for this)

V3.1 is for MP140. For all other MFDs, it is still V2.0.

I'm not sure this version is the version for my MP530. It is listed as only for a newer printer.

The version 2.22 only supports the canon products MX7600
and MX850. All the others still need to rely on the version 1.06
Quality of the version 1.06:
I have experienced a lot of errors. Not bug free!!
Can be a pain in the ass. But since there is no option...
Hoping for a new version for my product.
