The following restriction is placed on the use of this product.
- On Windows Vista, the following error message may appear while
scanning.
"Cannot communicate with scanner.
Code: 2,155,0 (or Code: 53,3,0)"
In such a case, close the error message and confirm that the cable is connected and the printer is turned on. And then perform a scan over again after a while.

i recently purchased a new hp scanner, copier, fax and now I am afraid to delete the cannon mp navigator off my system because I am unsure if all my scanned files and photos will be deleted with it. they were saved in a created folder by the software.
Just save them to another folder on your hard drive.
I have been unable to find a download of MP Navigator for my MG3520 printer. I am running Windows 8.1Can anyone help me?
